A few things you should note
- Check-in is from 3:00 pm.
- Check-out is by 11: 00 am.
- Only 2 guests per apartment.
- Parking is provided for one car only per apartment.
- This is a non-smoking property.
- Please advise us of any breakages or issues during your stay. There may be an additional charge for damaged items.
- If the apartment is left in an unacceptable state, the guest/s shall be charged an additional cleaning fee.
- Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate pets.
Unforeseen Circumstances
If we are unable to operate due to circumstances beyond our control, guests will be notified and issued with a voucher for a future stay to value equal to the unused night/s of their stay.
Bushfire
As we are in a bushfire-prone region it is important to be aware of the Bushfire rating before and during your stay. In the event of a Catastrophic rated day being declared, The Maples will be closed, and the following policy applies:
Guests due to check-in on the Catastrophic rated day will be contacted by phone and advised that The Maples will not be available. A voucher for the value of the coming stay will be issued.
Guests currently staying will be given the option to vacate the property by 5 pm. Those who have been advised not to check-in, will be issued with a voucher of value equal to the unused night/s of their stay.
